Who is the Collective actually for?

Founders and CEOs running companies between roughly £1M and £50M who are scaling fast and carrying most of it alone. If you have outgrown the conversations around you and want a room of people operating at your level, you will fit.

How much of my time does it take?

Four retreats across the year plus monthly group coaching. The retreats are the heavy lift. Everything else is built to fit around running a business, not compete with it.

What actually happens at the retreats?

Real work on the things that are stuck. You bring the decision you have been circling, the room pressure tests it, and you leave with a clear next move. No lectures, no fluff, just people who get it helping you think.

How are members vetted?

Every member goes through a conversation with me first. I keep the room small and the standard high so the people next to you are worth your time. That is the whole point.

What does it cost?
